Institutional Partnerships in Action

GRS POWER s.r.o. is currently incubating joint actions with local authorities in Quintana Roo, Southeast Mexico. Working under Team Europe and the EU-LAC Global Gateway Investment Agenda, we are structuring initiatives in institutional strengthening, sustainable cities, circular economy, and water and waste management — channeled through EFSD+, blending and technical assistance instruments, with the accompaniment of the EU Delegation in Mexico.

GRS POWER s.r.o. is preparing for the 4th EU-Caribbean Global Gateway Conference on Sargassum, to be held in Cancun on October 1–2, 2026. Our consortium is pursuing two objectives: (A) recognition as an eligible European consortium for the Exhibition Hall, and (B) preparation of joint concept notes with municipalities for sustainable sargassum management and circular economy initiatives, in alignment with EU-Caribbean cooperation frameworks.

GRS POWER s.r.o. leads the GRS-EUBA LATAM Green Alliance, a consortium with the Faculty of Applied Languages of the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA) as academic validator. The consortium provides concept notes and proposals under the EU logical framework, manages projects via PIC 861852858, and ensures academic validation, technical and financial management, reporting, and audit readiness before DG INTPA.

From Bratislava, GRS POWER maintains ongoing dialogue with diverse subnational governments in Southeast Mexico in the areas of international tourism promotion, investment attraction, and sustainable business management. These engagements align local priorities with EU-Mexico cooperation frameworks and serve as the foundation for future EFSD+ and Global Gateway project structuring.
